Vegan skincare for dehydrated skin

You may find that during winter, your skin feels drier and tighter than usual. The cold and wet winter air mixed with central heating and hot showers causes the moisture and hydration to leave our skin, so we need to switch up our routine a little bit to help get that hydration back in.

THE BODY SHOP VITAMIN E TONER

Use after cleansing to remove any leftover makeup and dirt from your skin. Vitamin E is a protective vitamin that helps with moisturising the skin. It also contains Wheatgerm Oil which helps reduce water loss from your skin.

EVOLVE ORGANIC BEAUTY DAILY DEFENCE MOISTURE MIST

This has been reformulated and now contains 100% natural ingredients.

Organic Prickly Pear calms irritated skin whilst firming and increasing skin hydration.
Also contains Hyaluronic acid which is a must for dehydrated skin.

THE ORDINARY HYALURONIC ACID 2% + B5

I use this as a serum step in my routine. Hyaluronic Acid can hold up to 1,000 times its weight in water which is why it’s so essential for dry and dehydrated skin. It also helps to reduce wrinkles, making the skin look younger with an improved skin tone, plus increases the production of collagen.

FLORENA FERMENTED SKINCARE 24 HR HYDRATING DAY + NOURISHING NIGHT CREAM

I find that this really helps my skin when it’s feeling extra dry. A lightweight, easily absorbed formula to lock in moisture and leave skin soft, supple and healthy looking. Fermented Camelia Sinensis is known for it’s hydrating benefits. Why fermented? Fermentation transforms natural ingredients into supercharged beauty actives to give your skin the best of nature.
